Download the form and fill it out. The 2018 National Rebuilding Day is coming up and they are still accepting applications. The City of Des Moines is offering up to 5 trees for free! These will help with reducing heating and cooling costs.

SCRUB stands for SPRING CLEANUP to REDUCE URBAN BLIGHT. It is the city's mission to enhance the City’s neighborhoods by allowing residents an opportunity to remove yard waste and debris from homes and yards to reduce the blighted areas with the City.
This is a quick way to find out some facts about your home. Ex. who you would need to call to have an electrical inspector come out to check some work done by someone. It has your local neighborhood officer and Unit commander contact info as well.
